Product Description
This product uses highly pure cotton cellulose as raw material and is specially etherified under alkaline conditions. The whole process is completed under GMP conditions and automatic monitoring, and does not contain any active ingredients such as animal organs and oils.
Application
1. Tablet coating: It is used as a film coating material in solid preparations, and can form a tough, smooth and beautiful film, with a concentration of 2%-8%. After coating, the stability of the drug against light, heat, and humidity is increased; it is tasteless, odorless, easy to take, and HPMC has good compatibility with other materials such as pigments, sunscreens, and lubricants. Ordinary coating: Dissolve HPMC with water or 30-80% ethanol to form a 3-6% solution, and add auxiliary ingredients (such as: Tween-80, castor oil, PEG400, talcum powder, etc.).
2. Enteric coating isolation layer: HPMC coating is used as the primer isolation layer on the surface of tablets and granules, and then a layer of HPMCP enteric material is coated on the outside. The HPMC film can improve the enteric coating agent in storage. stability.
3. Sustained-release preparations: HPMC is used as a pore-inducing agent, and ethyl cellulose is used as a skeleton material to make sustained-release long-acting tablets.
4. Thickener and colloidal protective glue and eye drops: the usual concentration of thickener is 0.45-1%.
5. Adhesive: The general concentration of the adhesive is 2%-5%, which is used to improve the stability of the hydrophobic adhesive, and the commonly used concentration is 0.5-1.5%.
6. It can be used as a retarder, a controlled-release agent, a pore-causing agent and a suspending agent. Suspending agent: the usual dosage as suspending agent is 0.5-1.5%.
7. Food: As a thickener, it can be added to various beverages, dairy products, condiments, and nutritious foods, as a thickener, binder, emulsifier, suspending agent, stabilizer, water-retaining agent, excipient, etc.
8. Used as adhesive, emulsifier, film-forming agent, etc. in cosmetics.
