3. After sales service:

After settling the remaining balance of the product, the free warranty period of the product is one year. If the equipment malfunctions within one year, only the accommodation and food expenses of the maintenance personnel need to be borne; Free of material and labor costs; Collect material fees, labor, and travel expenses after one year.

4. Return Agreement:

Due to the fact that amusement equipment is a special product that occupies a large area and generally has customized colors, appearance, specifications, functions, etc. according to customer requirements, the buyer cannot terminate the contract after it takes effect. Once the contract is terminated, the down payment will not be refunded; Before shipping, please ask the customer to inspect the goods and ship them if they are satisfied; After shipment, no return is allowed; So please carefully read the order contract agreement and understand the difficulties faced by the manufacturer.
