Paper feeding Department:

1. The leading edge sucks air for paper feeding, the steel pipe surface of the upper paper feeding roller is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and the surface of the lower paper feeding roller is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber.

2. The 7.5kW high-pressure centrifugal fan can control the wind pressure by frequency conversion according to the warpage degree of paperboard, so as to ensure the high-speed and accurate transmission of warped paperboard and thin paperboard;

3. The position of the left and right side baffles is electrically adjusted by the lead screw, and the rear baffle is electrically adjusted 

4. The paper feeding device of the Ink Flexo printing die cutting slotting machine can select the paper feeding device according to the needs. Ensure that large-scale paperboard can also be processed;

5. Install a 7-inch touch screen, which can automatically display the production quantity and production speed, and set the production quantity;

6. The paper feeding part is equipped with dust removal brush and automatic dust collection equipment

7. The slotting part is equipped with interlocking control switch to realize emergency stop, stop feeding or resume paper feeding.

Machine clutch:

1. The button switch electrically controls the separation and combination of the machine, and is equipped with an automatic alarm device. The bell will ring continuously during the travel to ensure the operator

2. Pneumatic interlocking device, locking firmly, convenient and accurate 

3. Active self-locking function: when the unit is not fully locked, the host cannot be started to ensure the machine and operators; When the main engine works normally, the clutch function of the unit is automatically locked to avoid machine and personnel injury caused by misoperation

Paper feed roller:

1. The upper paper feeding roller adopts rubber roller with elastic buffer and wear-resistant rubber, the surface of the lower roller is embossed and plated with hard chromium, and the dynamic balance correction processing ensures that the paper feeding is stable and accurate

2. Fine adjust the worm gear box clearance according to the paperboard thickness, with locking device, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm

Die cutting part
