Fully automated roundness/cylindricity instrument
This CA series high accuracy roundness/cylindricity measuring instrument delivers ±0.0125μm accuracy and its rotary table with auto-centering and auto-levelling functions.

Main Functions:
Measurement of roundness, cylindricity, straightness, runout, full runout, taper, diameter, concentricity, coaxiality, flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, eccentricity, etc. of various regular and irregular ring-shaped workpieces
Analysis of surface waviness (Wc, Wp, Wv, Wt, Wa, Wq), spectrum analysis, wave height analysis
Roundness evaluation method: minimum area method, least squares method, minimum external circle method, maximum internal tangent circle method
Roundness filtering method: 1-500, 1-150, 1-50, 1-15
Waviness: 3-16, 15-500, 17-100
