Impeller Feeder TWLY Series

The impeller feeder is a new type of excellent feeding equipment, mainly used in grain and oil, food processing and feed production line plants. This machine adopts a falling hammer crusher to make the feeding more even, which can prevent the motor from being overstressed due to too much feeding, causing high heat burnout.

This is a de-ironing device, installed near the discharge port to ensure that the machine provides clean material.

Features

● The feeding speed is automatically adjusted by a frequency converter continuously, enabling the hammer mill to work constantly with a full load, so as to reduce power consumption;

● A magnetic separating device is equipped near the material outlet, to guarantee that the clean material stream is provided for the hammer mill;

● Both sides of the housing are sealed with end covers, so as to prolong the service life of bearings with pedestals;

● The material inlet is set aside to reduce the possibility of material jamming between the vane and the inner wall of the box body;
