Short circuit protection: The retractable droop current limiting method is adopted. The module can operate in a short circuit state for a long time without damage. After troubleshooting, the module can automatically resume operation.

Usage environment:

Precautions for module use:
Module current sharing refers to modules connected to the same bus that output the same current to share the load. The module has undergone strict current sharing debugging before leaving the factory. When the module operates in automatic control mode and any module is set to the same output voltage, no current sharing adjustment is required, and the module does not provide external adjustment devices. When there is a bus control module in the system, only communication cables can be connected between the bus control module and the charging module, and current sharing cables cannot be connected. In any case, only communication cables are connected between the module and the monitoring. If severe current imbalance is found between modules, use the following troubleshooting methods to replace the faulty module. The method to confirm whether the current sharing module is damaged is as follows: First, check whether the current sharing bus is connected properly, whether the current sharing line is connected correctly, and whether the charging module is in automatic operation status one by one. If all are normal, follow the steps below to find the faulty module. 1. Completely disconnect the current sharing cable and communication cable of the module, and turn on a charging module separately. After the charging module is turned on, apply a rated current of 1/2 of the rated load to the charging module. Use the DC voltage range of a multimeter to measure the voltage between the positive and negative current sharing buses of the charging module. Normally, it should be around 2V. Under load, short circuit JL+/JL, and the module output voltage will drop by 7-17V. 4. Check the current sharing bus voltage of each charging module under load condition one by one. If there is any voltage, it is normal. If there is no such voltage measured under load condition, the current sharing circuit of the charging module has been damaged. Secondly, if the bus control module is not current sharing, and the voltage between the positive and negative current sharing buses measured using the above method is normal, it is necessary to consider whether the manually adjusted voltage is inconsistent. At this time, follow the steps below to find the faulty module. 1. Completely disconnect the current sharing cable and communication cable of the module, and turn on a charging module separately. After the charging module is turned on, apply a rated current of 10% to 15% of the rated load to the charging module. Use the DC voltage range of a multimeter to measure the voltage between the positive and negative output buses of the charging module. Check the output bus voltage of each charging module under load condition one by one, and compare whether the output voltages of all modules are consistent. If yes, readjust the output voltages of all modules to ensure that they are consistent.
