Description
TM-80B is water based semi-permanent release agent which contains special active polysiloxane. It can form a thin, uniform coating film on the surface of the mould, which can reduce the adhesion between the rubber and the mould, prevent rubber vulcanizates from sticking to the molds and facilitate the release from the molds, and thereby improve the quality of product appearance; TM-80B can give a release effect for several demoldings and also reduce the cleaning frequency of the mould.
Application fields
TM-80B can be used in the production process of all kinds of rubber except Silicone rubber. It is suitable for all articles that are formed by injection molding or compression molding.
Application
At the first time, the mould should be clean before using TM-80B, and then spray TM-80B two or three times onto the hot mould carefully. After that, a short drying / curing time is necessary to accelerate the film formation, longer drying time and higher curing temperature will get an durable release film and effective performance with more demoulding times. Normal vulcanization process can be performed if the pretreatment above were completed. The latter vulcanization process just need spray TM-80B one time in certain intervals and dry for a short time.
The number of demoldings that can be achieved with one coat is very much dependent on the particular conditions and has to be investigated in every single application. It is advisable to apply TM-80B on to the surface of the mold by means of a spray gun.

Safety and Transport:
TM-80B is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so it can be transported in terms of non-dangerous goods. The product has no any hurt if you use it in right way. Consult material safety data sheet (MSDS) for additional handling information on TM-80B.
Storage:
TM-80B should be stored in cool and dry place with closed container, protected from frost, heat and direct sunlight. The product has a shelf life of 3 months at least.
