Pro is a special polyamide compound with the appearance of gray white to yellow fine powder. It is suitable for all kinds of polar coating systems and widely used in ships, bridges, oil well platforms, deep-sea steel structures and other thick film heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating systems.

During the construction of high film thickness, Pro can provide anti-sagging performance, and has good pigment dustproof performance and viscosity stability, which does not affect the water resistance and salt fog resistance of the coating film.

usage method:

First mix the resin, Pro and solvent (or solvent-free) for 5-10 minutes, then add dispersant, pigment, etc. under stirring, continue stirring for 5-10 minutes, then heat up, control the temperature within the range of 55-70 ℃, quickly disperse for 30 minutes, then mix the paint, mix the paint, and slowly cool to room temperature.

If there is a requirement for the fineness of the coating, the coating can be sanded and dispersed first. After the fineness is qualified, the Pro can be added. The temperature rises to 55-70 ℃, and the express mixing lasts for 30 minutes. It needs to be slowly cooled to normal temperature.
