DCL series DC reactor is used in the rectification circuit to eliminate the ripple after rectification. This ripple is often harmful and needs to be suppressed by the DC reactor to suppress the impact of the medium frequency power component on the power frequency grid, and limit the short circuit current and filtering effect. The DC reactor is mainly used to improve the quality of power grid and power factor in the circuit.
Product characteristics
1. DCL series DC reactor is of iron core two-pillar frame structure, and is made of multiple iron core cakes. The epoxy resin is poured firmly, and there is insulating board between them to prevent magnetic saturation of the iron core. The iron yoke is a square yoke, which is pressed up and down by the tensioning screw after assembly to reduce noise.
2. The coil is made of copper foil, wrapped with high-quality insulating materials and treated with insulation impregnation.
3. The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock pads, which effectively reduce the vibration of the coil during operation.
4. DCL series DC reactor has compact structure, small volume, dry self-cooling, and has two insulation classes, Class F and Class H.
