Characteristics and use

As a very high molecular weight dimethylsiloxane, it can be applied to various water-based inks, latex paints and coating systems to improve the smoothness, scratch resistance, friction resistance and adhesion resistance of the coating film

It can be used in systems dominated by alcohol or polar solvent: its effect will be affected by the solvent composition, resin system and solid content in the formula. Therefore, it is recommended to test its optimum addition under different conditions

Under normal dosage, there are few problems of repainting. Once the problem of repainting occurs, it is recommended to add to the topcoat VOK®-W 461, or wash the coating film with solvent, wet grind the coating film with 1% cleaning solution, and dry it at room temperature before coating.

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.05-3.0% to the total amount

Due to its high viscosity, it is recommended to dilute it with water before use, and fully stir it evenly

Storage

The product should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, and the container should be kept tight

Keep away from heat and ignition sources

The storage environment is 2 ℃ - 50 ℃
