Quality requirements:

(1) Tolerance requirements of step pedal: the total difference range of step plate length is [0-(-3)mm], and the tolerance range of step plate width is [(-3mm)-3mm].

(2) Welding requirements for ladder pedals: the welding joints between the front guard plate and the wrapping plate and each loaded flat steel shall be fillet welding of no less than 3mm

Product category:

(1) According to the installation of the ladder pedal, it is divided into welded and fixed step plate and bolted ladder pedal. Among them, the welded and fixed ladder pedal is the general steel grid plate, and the bolted ladder pedal needs to add 65X5mm flat steel to the steel grid plate as the side plate.

(2) According to whether there is a non-slip strip, it can be divided into two kinds of ladder pedal with front guard plate (pattern plate or strip steel) and ladder pedal without front guard plate. For safety reasons, customers are advised to use ladder pedals with front guard plates.

T4 step plate Specifications: From the perspective of economy and safety, we recommend that you adopt the following specifications:

T325/30/100 ladder pedal: Suitable for width greater than 500mm but not greater than 900mm

T255/30/100 ladder pedal: Suitable for width greater than 800mm but not greater than 1500mm

T4 step plate is mainly used for stepping on steel ladder, so it is usually called stair step plate. T4 step plate is a flat steel with 65*5 edges and holes at both ends for side plate and a pattern plate no lower than 25mm for the front guard plate, which is fixed by bolts. The dimensions of T4 steel step plate can be determined according to the width of the steel ladder, and the specifications and models can be produced according to user requirements. 

The raw materials of T4 steel ladder stepping plate can be flat steel or toothed flat steel. The price of toothed T4 steel ladder stepping plate is higher than that of flat steel ladder stepping plate. Toothed steel step plates can also be used in the form of splice.
