Introduction of Palm oil production line

Small-yield thresher machine of oils generally require several processes such as boiling, threshing, crushing, extracting, and purifying oil. Palm oil and palm pupa can be obtained from palm pulp; while palm kernels are separated during crushing. Crush and remove the outer shell, and the remaining nuts are pressed to obtain palm kernel oil and palm kernel meal.

Oil palm fruit contains two different oils, palm oil obtained from pulp, and palm kernel oil from palm kernel.

After the crushed palm fruit is placed in the oil press, the oil is directly pressed after being squeezed. The palm oil press can adjust the pressure according to the demand at any time, the oil output rate is high, and the slag discharge is smooth.

Oil refining system

By degum pot and decoloring cans and hoist system composition, this equipment adopts full stainless steel material, set the food grade materials measurement device, automatic temperature control device, adiabatic device and enters the material buffer device, which can realize hair oil degum, take off acid, dry and decoloring function.

Operating procedures:
