CPC certification is the Children's Product Safety Certificate (CPC), which is applicable to all products aimed at children aged 12 and under, such as toys, cradles, children's clothing, etc. If produced in the United States, the manufacturer is responsible for providing the certificate. If manufactured in other countries, the importer is responsible for the supply. In other words, cross-border sellers as "importers" who want to sell products made in Chinese factories to the US need to provide CPC certificates to Amazon as a retailer/distributor.
