Mobile seedling bed structure:
The mobile seedling bed is mainly composed of the seedling bed net, rolling shaft, bracket, seedling bed frame, hand wheel, horizontal support, inclined pull rod and other connecting parts.
Mobile seedling bed specification:
The height of the mobile seedling bed is 0.7m, can be fine adjusted, 1.7m wide, or can be measured according to the greenhouse width, the length according to the user requirements; the seedling bed net is generally steel wire welded, hot dip galvanized treatment, high anti-corrosion performance, good bearing capacity and long life; the grid is generally 130mm * 30mm or 120 ㎜ * 25 ㎜ (length * width)
Features of the mobile seedling bed:
1. Manual drive, simple operation and easy to move. The frame of the seedling bed is made of aluminum alloy, which can be moved to the left and right. A 0.6m operation channel can be generated between any two seedling beds, which can make the use area of the greenhouse reach about 80%.
2. The main frame and seedling bed net are all using hot-dip galvanized process, which can be used in wet environment.
3. The planting operation is convenient, and a limit anti-turning device is provided to prevent the tilt problems caused by heavy emphasis.
4. The mobile seedling bed also has the advantages of flat net surface, firm welding, convenient installation and construction, corrosion resistance and durability.
