With high temperature resistance and size stability, as well as chemical resistance, flame retardant, electrical, high strength, high rigidity, etc.Not only high mechanical efficiency, but also excellent thermal resistance and chemical stability (continuous use temperature of about 170℃), and high size stability and creep strength.It has high strength, high rigidity, wear resistance, and size stability at high temperature.There is inherent flame resistance and low smoke without any additives, with an oxygen index of 47% and a combustion grade of UL94-V-0.

The PEI plates have a density of 1.28~1.42g/cm3, a glazing temperature of 215℃ and a thermal deformation temperature of 198 to 208℃ for long-term use from 160 to 170℃, allowing an intermittent use temperature of 200℃.PEI has excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, radiation resistance, high and low temperature and fatigue resistance and forming processing; adding fiberglass, carbon fiber or other filler to enhance the torsion strength in its thermoplastic, making it a cheap alternative to small steel cutting parts.

application area:

With excellent comprehensive balance performance, it has been effectively applied in electronics, automotive, motor and aviation departments, and used as metal substitute materials for traditional products and cultural daily necessities.It is generally used in microtools, public diet industry, analytical instruments, medical equipment, telecommunications, modular interconnections (MTD), automotive lighting, aircraft interior parts, HVAC, fluid treatment, etc.

PEI has excellent hydrolysis resistance and is therefore used as handles, pallets, fixps, prosthetics, medical lamp mirrors and dental appliances for medical surgical instruments.
