Hawke AGV safe series lead-acid battery charger is an intelligent automatic charger with high-frequency switching power supply as the core, high-frequency high admittance crystal transformer as the main power converter and microcomputer control.

High tech application improves the conversion efficiency of the whole machine. The product has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, which is 20% - 30% more energy-saving than the traditional charger.

The series of microcomputers have built-in various battery charging programs to accurately simulate the charging curves of different types of batteries. Different charging schemes can be selected to charge AGM, colloidal, semi colloidal and rich liquid water lead-acid batteries.

The charging system is composed of a charger and a recharged battery. Du / dt and di / dt technologies are used to dynamically track the current accepted by the battery. The microcomputer automatically determines the parameters of the on-line charging program according to the battery state, controls the output current and voltage charging time, and makes the charging current of the battery from the beginning to the end curve around the acceptable charging current, so that the battery has almost no conditions for gas precipitation. It not only saves power, realizes fast charging, but also does not damage the battery and extends the battery life. The current output is pulse current, which improves the battery charging capacity, reduces the polarization concentration, electrochemical polarization, and reduces gas generation.

This series of chargers have anti battery reverse connection, output short circuit and output overload protection. It also has the function of automatic switch on and off, and can be connected to the long-term input power supply. Need to charge, connect the battery pack, and the charger works; Without charging, disconnect the battery pack, and the charger stops working. The operation is very simple and user-friendly.

Protection characteristics

Overheating protection: when the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 75 ℃, the charger can be turned off, and the temperature will automatically drop to charge the battery.

• short circuit protection: when the charger output is short circuited unexpectedly, the charger will automatically turn off the output. After troubleshooting, the charger will restart charging after a delay of 10 seconds.

Indicator light display

Red light - charging.

Yellow light - the light is on and the battery enters the floating charge state. When the yellow light is on, the battery power has reached 90%. After 2 hours, it reached more than 96%. After 5 hours, it reached more than 99%.

Light green - charging procedure completed. The battery capacity is greater than 100%.

Exhibition

Check the buttons in the panel: a-u-charging current, battery voltage, H charging time, charging C, e electric quantity. Press the key to check the parameters, and the display screen will automatically recover the charging current after 5 seconds.
