AT209A Lab Cone Winding Machine is a specified equipment in the textile industry as the bridge from the spinning of yarn to the manufacturing of fabric. It is the final process in the spinning of yarn to use tube yarn/cop to make bobbins/cones of large capacity for the manufacturing of fabric. The purpose of winding is to produce bobbin/cones of large capacity and to eliminate faults on yarn. For other purpose of loose winding before dyeing or compact winding after dyeing, please inform us before ordering.
Two control modes: uniform control on touch screen (optional) for spindles on each side and independent control on control panel for each spindle;
Automatic length setting up to 999999 meter;
DC brushless motor to independently drive each grooved drum with adjustable winding speed;
Optional knotter and optional electronic yarn cleaner;
Optional bobbin clamps for different bobbins;
Microcomputer controlled anti-aliasing;
Optical yarn breaking detector for each spindle;
