Description

Blend phosphate T2185 is a special blend of food phosphates, which used for processed cheese with very high remelting capability. For pizzas, toasted sandwiches, etc. The product as food additives complies with FCC Current edition and Europe Commission directive 231-2012, Codex Alimentarius (JECFA), FAO/WHO Report.

Applications

This product is a emulsifying salt for processed block cheese with quick melt. It represents an excellent compromise between firm final texture and remelting capability.
