Stitching | We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines imported from Japan, the computer-controlled cutter imported from USA. All seams are double stitched (triple stitching in some parts, fourfold/quadruple stitching at bottom stress point) and reinforcement strips stitched on all mattress seams; Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough. PVC tarpaulin | Best material is very important for the inflatable products. All inflatable item are made by high durability, laminated, fire-retardant, waterproof SGS tested PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. It meets all FR standards, including the EN-71 and NFPA 701 Small and Large Scale standard. | ||||||
Zipper | We make enough air out zipper to deflate quickly for each item according to the requirement of EN14960. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. | ||||||

For places where machine cutting is not possible, manual measurement and cutting are used. High flexibility and easy calculation.
4.High frequency welding
Our company has mature high-frequency welding technology, and high-frequency current connects the products together. Although high-frequency welding is mostly used for metal welding, when used for PVC welding, the welded product is strong and reliable, and has strong tear resistance.
5. Hot air welding
Hot air welding is one of the main welding processes for product manufacturing. The electrodes are heated with preheated
compressed air and welded together.
6. Stitch
Needle sewing, here we use double-sided sewing procedure. Both beautiful and solid.
7. Product testing
Each product is fully tested (48 hours) before packaging.
8. Compressed air
After testing the product without defects, drain the air and compress the bundle.
9. Clean packaging
Final packaging in clean room.
