This is label removing machine.This machine adopt good quality carbon steel,which has long service life.This label remover function is separate label from plastic bottle.There are many small blade inside machine.The work priciple of label removing machine is:plastic bottle was sent to this machine,the label was cut by small blade at high speed rotary.There is a fan suck cutted label into outlet.The plastic bottle was sent to other outlet.

2.Waste PET bottles Plastic crusher 

This plastic crusheris large capacity.It is suit for many kinds of plastic material,like:plastic film,plastic bottle,plastic bags,ect.The blade adopt alloy steel.After 1000+ test,it has good corrosion resistance and the service time over 10 years.The plastic crushing machine feeding port is large,we suggest connected with conveyor.It is not only save labor,but also improve efficiency.Plastic crusher work priciple is :plastic bottle was crushed by blade,there is mesh under machine bottom,until the plastic flake meet demands,it will be sent to outlet.Otherwise,it still was crushed inside machine.The final plastic flake size can be adjust,change mesh ok.

3.PET washing tank

This washing tank made of carbon steel.There has two function of this washing tank;one is separate PP/PE from PET flakes,the other is clean PET flakes.There is screw in machine bottom,the screw will push PET flake to outlet.And the PP/PE material will be sent to other outlet.In this processing,it is only need water to clean it,no need other washing detergent powder.We have different capacity of washing tank,we also offer customized service.If one washing tank can not meet customer requirement,we suggest two or three washing tank.The more washing tank,the cleaner PET flake.

4.PET dehydrator

There has two type of PET flake dehydrator:Vertical dehydrautor and horizontal dehydrator.Same work priciple and function.Machine adopt carbon steel,and there is mesh in machine,PET flake at high speed rotation,the water was throw out.We can get dry PET flakes for packing and selling.
