Product description:
The machine is widely used for process all kinds of grains into high-grade aquatic floating feed pellet for fish,catfish,shrimps,crab.
It also can make pet feed for dog,cat etc with different shape and chicken feed.
Product Feature
1). The fish feed pellets can float on water for over 20 hours.And sinking and floating aqua-feed pellets both can be made just by adjusting the feed formulation.
2). Pellet diameter is 0.9mm-15mm by changing the mold.The cutter can cutting the pellets into different length.
3)The feeding speed,cutting speed,temperature all can be adjusted.
4).The machine also can make feed for pet like dog,cat with different shapes and we can customized the shape for you.
Raw material
The raw material is: Flour,corn meal,soybean meal,maize meal ,meat meal,bone meal,fish meal etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.
Application
The Floating Feed Pelleting Machine can make many kinds of fodder for different kinds of animal fodder. It can make poultry-fodder, pet-fodder, as well as aquaculture-fodder and fishery feed, which is also called floating feed.
It is apply to the pretreatment of the animal fodder, so as to reduce loss of nutrition, advance the protein content So the fodder will be digested easier by animals.
The poultry-fodder can feed chicken, rabbit, sheep, pig, horse cattles and so on The pet-fodder can feed dogs, cats, goldfish etc The Fishery-feed can feed the fish, shrimps, crab, eel, catfish, batrachia and so on.
Structure
Three motors: Main motor + feeding motor + cutting motor
Working principle: Put the material into feeding device. The material will be extruded and expanded by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature to make the material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the expanded material will be formed into different shapes through different molds.
We will send sets of molds, spare parts( sleeve, extruding part, cutter, etc,) and tools for free.
