Work Principle of Cooling Tower:

FW counter-current cooling tower intakes the air from bottom and discharge the waste heat at the top. Since the water is traveling from top and the air passes from bottom to top, the water droplet have more direct contact time with air. The wet cooling towers are cooled with the help of evaporating some proportionate quantity of cirulating water.

(1) Panel: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, the surface is bright and clean and beautiful, corrosion resistance, prevent ageing.
(2) Packing: for modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) two-way point wave, thermal performance is good, the air resistance small, rigid, heat resistant 75 °C, cold, flame retardant.
(3) Fan: blade material of alloy aluminum plate. Fan aerodynamic reasonable, big air volume, high efficiency, low noise, corrosion resistance, etc.
(4) The motor and reducer: for external equipment.
(5) Cloth sink: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, water distribution even, low noise type have cover plate can be my light, and sundry into, reduce splashing.
(6) Silencing cover: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, stuck in the cavity type and flame retardant PVC film sound
materials.
(7) The shutters: glass fiber reinforced plastic material, can waterproof spatter, and can make into the tower airflow even.

directly absorbent closed-circuit circulation.
(9) Skeleton: for ruffled steel assembly structure, rigid, light weight, transport, installation is convenient and galvanized
