A:Normally 60days after we confirm your order, But,for stock parts, we can ship in 7days.

2.How many days i can get the products after the you finish the product?

A:It depend on your ship way (By air or By sea), if by air in 7days, if by sea 7days to 30days.

A:we have different quality level.1).OE qaulity,2).high AM quality,3)normal AM quality. so according to quality level the warrenty from 1year -3years.

A:yes, we have customize service.as long as your quantity reach 1000pcs,we can design your color box for free,if you can't reach the MOQ yet, we can stock for you in our warehouse.

1).we will judge the agent level of the next year according to the purchasing volume of the agent in the previous year, and give corresponding agent price and support.

2).Level 4 agent is actually a national exclusive agent, that is, our company promises that this agent client is the only agent of our company in your country.

5.How to become our agent If you are a new customer?

1).Estimate your annual amount
2).Judge the Agency Level
3).Sign the Agency Agreement
4).5% of Agency request annual amount of your level shall be paid to Bainel as the deposit.
5).Start the cooperation,with no additional request from Bainel.
6).One year after sign the Agency Agreement,if your whole order amount reach the requirement, the 5% deposit will be refunded.If not,it will be not returned.
7).if you reach the request amount for your Agent Level,the next year will have no 5% deposit request if keep the same
Level,But,if you increase the Level,5% still will be requested.

6.I am not ready to become the agent now,how i can buy your parts with agent's price?

If you want to buy some specific products at the agent's price, we will have requirements for the each product quantity,
