A: 1. Online technical support. Our after-sales engineer will provide online guidance by internet or calling service at any time.
2. Technical training. We can freely arrange the engineers to work overseas to train your local after-sales team.
3. 12 months warranty period. we have one year guarantee for whole machine ( except quick-wear parts ),engine and gear box
4. We can supply operation and maintance manual in English

Q: Are there any optional parts for your rice transplanter ?
A: Yes, we can provide customized configurations such as wheel and needle etc.

Q: How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight.

Q: What is the payment term ?
A: 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment, or Irrevocable L/C at sight

Q: Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?
A: OEM service is no problem, if you have any special requirements about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering
department will study and offer you the suitable solution.
