Q1: What's your warranty policy?

A1: For all the products, we have one-year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested before delivery. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.

A4: All our products are compatible to the international standards. For models like mobile phone and watch phone, please be subject to the type of network in your country (the band).

A7: For small orders, we usually prefer Paypal and Western Union; for bulk order, we charge 30% deposit and will ship goods out after the 70% balance are received.
