The process flow
First, simulation, modeling
Before casting, the advanced cast steel should adopt CAE software for digital simulation of casting process, process analysis and quality prediction of product molding process through numerical simulation technology, and finish the process optimization of end cover casting.
Two, casting, heat treatment
The qualified raw and auxiliary materials are put into the electric arc furnace for smelting in proportion. In order to purify the liquid steel, the Great Wall Cast Steel revamps the molten steel ladle and refines the molten steel by argon blowing. Sample hot metal for spectral analysis, after qualified, adhere to the principle of "low temperature fast casting" for casting, and record the pouring time and pouring temperature.
Three, flaw detection, finishing
Then cut pouring riser, flying edge and so on. Professional polishing and finishing team, large shot peening equipment, effectively improve the appearance quality of hollow shaft, make its surface finish to meet customer requirements, and the use of professional flaw detection equipment for non-destructive inspection of each hollow shaft, to ensure the internal quality of hollow shaft, strictly prevent any defective products leaving the factory.
