Product Process

*Tension Leveler

Tensile straightening is to stretch and straighten the steel coil to obtain excellent plate shape.

*Device For Zinc

After the zinc ingot is stacked in the pot, the zinc pot is heated through the console of the zinc pot, and the temperature is kept. The zinc ingot is melted into zinc liquid.

*Coiler

The galvanized steel coil along with the arbor wheel be neatly organized into rolls, normally per coil is 3-5 tons.
