A: All the stairs are customized for our clients as per your request. Price varies from different materials and designs. Please contact us for more accurate price. We have to get your preferred designs and staircase measurements such as floor height,stair well width,length etc. Some construction site pictures or project drawing will be great helpful.

2. What is your main products?

3.Q: How can you ensure the staircase could be installed at site correctly?

A: All of our staircases have to make trial assembly according to the CAD drawings before delivery in order to guarantee the correct sizes and strength.

4. Q:What is your terms of payment?

A: 40% T/T in advance, balance paid before shipment. Western Union &  Credit card is also acceptable. Product pictures and assemble pictures will be sent for checking before arranging balance.

5. Q:How long is your delivery time?

A:Generally it is 25--35 days

6.Q: How can you guarantee to avoid damages during the delivery?

A: All the packages for stairs are packed with the standard exporting plywood boxes and cartons. Completely stronger enough to deliver in containers.
