1. wood pallet packing cover with water-proof paper 2. steel pallet packing cover with water-proof paper 3. wood box packing 4. steel pallet packing cover with steel box 5. in bundles with steel strip no extra packing when stainless steel sheet thickness is over 12mm, each standard plate weight is almost 1 ton, so when the surface is common pickled surface, not make mirror surface or brushed hairline surface, it no needs special packing, wood pallet will be ok. when the stainless steel sheet are cut by laser cutting or water-jet cutting to be machine parts, it needs to be packed very carefully to make sure the parts not be scraped, the surface need to be packed with thick plastic anti-collision film to make sure it in safe condition.

A: Yes, we can do the production based on your drawings and with your logo; also
because we have very strong design and development team, so the feedback is very good for customized product.

Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?

A: We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 pc or 1kg is ok to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company.

Q: What is your payment terms ?

A: Commonly two payment term for new customers:

1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy;

2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 20-30 days.

Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?

A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order; if the samples from stock, it will be free; if the samples from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
