Product Description
YTK-100 electric can sealing machine is developed by our factory according to the actual requirements of customers. It is on the basis of pneumatic can sealing machine, adding electric function, realizing automatic can sealing, thus improving the production efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of workers, the quality of can sealing is more reliable, suitable for paper can, can, three pieces of can sealing, sealing. It is an ideal equipment for small food and beverage factory and an ideal standby equipment for large and medium-sized food and beverage factory.
This machine is composed of base, power device, rotating head, tank sealing hob, adjusting device, electric system and other components. The sealing hob can be arbitrarily adjusted in a certain range, so under the condition of changing the pressure head, it can seal the cans of various sizes and diameters in a certain range. Additional, also can pass adjusting height adjusting device, seal the pot of all sorts of height inside certain range.
When the machine is working, the tank with the cover is placed on the tray, the switch is started, the tray rises automatically,
the pressure head and the tray press the tank tightly together and rotate, completing the process of sealing the tank once.

Operation steps of machine adjustment:
Step 1: adjust and check that the tray and gland are centered
Method: 1. Put the easy pull lid on the jar, cover it well, and place the jar in the center of the tray;
2. Pull up the tray and carefully check whether the easy pull cover is fully compatible with the gland;
3. If there is any deviation, please adjust the seat. (refer to video operation)
Step 2: adjust the height of the tray
Method: 1. Pull the tray up to the highest point;
2. Place the empty cans on the side of the tray and test the distance between the bottle cap and the gland, 5MM higher than the distance shall prevail;
3, if the height does not meet, please adjust the height lifting seat. (refer to video operation)
Step 3: adjust the distance between the first edge hob and the gland
Methods: 1. Pull the can sealing tool arm by hand to make the hob close to the center of the gland;
2. Measure the gap distance between the hob and the gland with eyes, and require at least 1MM distance;
3. If the distance is not right, please fine adjust the reducing screw. (refer to video operation)
Step 4: adjust the distance between the second shaping hob and the gland
Methods: 1. Pull the can sealing tool arm by hand to make the hob close to the center of the gland;
2. Measure the gap distance between the hob and the gland with eyes, and require at least 1MM distance;
