Field Density Test Apparatus
Standard: BS 1377-9/1924-2
Used to determine the in-situ density of fine grained compacted soil. The tests consists in digging a hole into the ground and then collect, dry and weigh the sampled soil.
Field Density Test Apparatus is applicable to the fine particle measured soil, sand soil, gravel and soil density. maximum particle size of the sample is less than 15mm,Density layer thickness 150~200mm
