Product Description
Application
ZJA series UHV oil purifier is mainly used in 220KV / 330KV / 500KV / 750KV / 1000KV ultra-high voltage and UHV grid transmission and transformation projects. Due to the high safety characteristics of ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage power grids, the insulation oil in transformers, transformers and reactors is extremely demanding. ZJA series oil purifier has super strong dehydration, impurity-removal and harmful gas removal capabilities, and has high safety and stable operation capabilities. The equipment is equipped with first-class vacuum pump system, oil transfer system and filtration system. The filter element with high beta value imported filter material has strong oil particle purification ability. The cleanliness of the filtered oil product is above NAS1638-3, the water content is lower than 3PPM, the gas content is lower than 0.01% (methane and hydrogen Harmful gases such as acetylene are zero), and the breakdown voltage of oil products is greater than 75KV, all oil index fully meet the international UHV requirements. This machine also has the functions of vacuum drying, vacuum oil injection, and hot oil circulation. It can also be used as a separate vacuum pumping unit to the transformer and power equipment.

◆ Automatic control to realize unattended, safe and stable working.
◆ Safety interlock protection for oil pump, vacuum pump, heater to keep safely working
◆ Low noise, easy operation, long maintenance interval, low energy consumption, low operating cost
◆ It can be used together with the insulation oil regeneration device, which has the effect of decoloring, deacidification, deoxidation and removing free carbon and other harmful substances from the oil.
