Double Shaft Paddle Mixer Introduction:
Double Shaft Paddle Mixer is used for mixing materials continuously & uniformly. During mixing the materials can be uniformly mixed with binder, after mixer; the blended materials can be continuously sent to the conveyor, transmit to the next equipment. Double Shaft Paddle Mixer is used for coal, coal slurry, fly ash, sludge, mineral powder, clay, oxidation iron, coal slurry, sludge, clay, fly ash etc. With the good effect on mixing & blending.
Double Shaft Paddle Mixer Working Principle:
Double Shaft Paddle Mixer has high mixing speed and good uniformity; it can be added into sticky material which contains 30% liquid. When working, the two paddle rotors which do counter rotating are mixing in the middle. As to the paddle has many special angles, no matter the materials' shape, size, and density, the materials is mixed quickly and effectively.
