Fully automatic tube filling and sealing machine
Automatically load the tube to the turntable mold base, automatically press the tube (the tube on the mold is detected by the electric eye), automatically mark the mark (if the mark is not matched, the subsequent processes will not work), automatic filling, automatic heating (the inner wall of the tube is heated ,the outer wall is in contact with stainless steel, and the stainless steel has cooling water inside), automatic tail clamping (the splint fixing plate is cooled by cooling water to ensure that the tail is not drawn), automatic tail cutting (cuts off the excess part of the pipe tail), and the finished product is ejected (automatically driven by the cam up and down movement)
