Description of thrust roller bearing:
Thrust roller bearing assembly way:
Spherical roller thrust bearings are single row, self-aligning roller bearings. They comprise
solid shaft and housing washers and asymmetrical barrel rollers with cages. The cage holds
the roller and cage assembly together with the shaft locating washer. The bearings can be
dismantled. The parts of the bearings can be fitted separately.
Spherical roller thrust bearings can support very high axial loads and permit relatively high
speeds. Since the raceways are at an angle to the bearing axis, the bearings can also support
radial loads.
Due to thrust roller bearing is high precision product,if improper assembly is easy to harm to
thrust roller bearing structure,lead to thrust roller bearing damage.When assembly thrust
roller bearing must have special mold,can't optional knock.When pressed into the shaft only
small circle stress, Pressure big lap can only big circle stress. When the assembly required
by air pressure or hydraulic pressure.

Details:
Thrust roller bearings is a separated-type bearings, shaft ring 'seat ring can be `just the
ball and cage component separation. Axis loop is compatible with the ring axis, sitting circle
is compatible with the bearing hole ring, and the gap between shaft.
Type:
1)One-way thrust ball bearings can withstand axial load in one direction, one-way limit axial
displacement of shaft.
2)Thrust ball bearings can withstand axial load in both directions to limit axial displacement
of the two-way.
