1. SJ65 Single Screw Extruder Machine Line

Screw and Barrel Material 38CrMoAlA,Nitriding, Nitriding Layer Thickness:0.5~0.7mm,  22KW Siemens Beide Motor, ZLYJ176 rigid gear surface gear box. Adopt foundry aluminum electrical heater, Omron Temperature Control Meter, Siemens Contactor.

2. Mold

Mold material: 40Cr, Adopt aluminum heater, total 6heating zones.

3. Cooling tank

Total Length: 3M, Calibration Table Width: 1100mm, Water pump: 2.2kw x 1pc. Adopt High Quality Aluminum Profile have T Groove. Up-and-down adopt screw adjustment . Right-and-left adopt screw adjustment
