PVC Sealing Strip Making Machine

FG series profile making machine is suitable for production edge banding tape,sealing strip and other plastic profiles,it consists of extruder, cooling sink, haul-off machine, winding machine.

The degree of automation of the production line can be selected according to customer requirements.The line is stable and easy to operate. Electrical components using international brands, such as ABB, Siemens, Omron and so on. Selection of high-quality mould to ensure products' quality and stability. Finished products can be used as needed cutting machine or winding machine.

1. SJ65 Single Screw Extruder Machine Line

Screw and Barrel Material 38CrMoAlA,Nitriding, Nitriding Layer Thickness:0.5~0.7mm,  22KW Siemens Beide Motor, ZLYJ176 rigid gear surface gear box. 

Adopt foundry aluminum electrical heater, Omron Temperature Control Meter, Siemens Contactor.

2. Mold

Mold material: 40Cr, Adopt aluminum heater, total 6heating zones.

3. Cooling tank

Total Length: 3M, Calibration Table Width: 1100mm, Water pump: 2.2kw x 1pc. 

Adopt High Quality Aluminum Profile have T Groove. Up-and-down adopt screw adjustment . Right-and-left adopt screw adjustment
