The Cupping testing Machine ( Erichsen Tester ) is precise technology testing machine which is used for sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock etc. It can complete test of plastic deformation for sheet metal & strip steel rolled stock .

It conforms to CE,ISO,ASTM E 643-78 & GB4156-84 Testing Machine for Metal Cupping test
Features:
- Pre-loading test force: 10-25kN, read & calibrate directly from the computer.
- Computer screen display test load from 1KN to 100kN in real time, the test accuracy is ±1% .
- Resolution of Load cell & signal is more than 1/100000, measuring displacement with resolution of 0.001mm .
- Test speed from 2 mm/min to 100mm/min can be set freely , variable speed. One test finish , then ready to be for next test automatically. Easy to be operated.
- It’ll display test load of cupping test & cupping value.
