High Speed Automatic Two Side Seal Poly Craft paper air Bubble film mailer Bag Making Machine
Specifications
1. This machine is designed for kraft bubble envelopes bubble envelopes, co-extruded film production and can make one bag or two bags at one time.
2. Making way: combinate the co-extruded film / kraft paper with PE bubble film by hot roll bonding, then folding,sealinga and cutting to be bubble envelope.
3. Main control: adopt micro-computer control, LCD display, servo motor fix the bag length. With functions: auto counting, alarm and auto stop when reach the set bag number, stop in high position, etc.
4.Infeed part: adopt active following type, control the up and down layer material feed respectively, the speed be controlled by the vector frequency inventor .
5.Material combine : adopt 4 gun heads of glue to spray the hot melt to adhesive the paper and bubble film.
6.Euipped with 2 sets adhesive tape pasting device.
7.Reel unwinding part: adopt 4-station unwinding, manual magnetic powder tension control. EPC to control the PE bubble film.
8.Equipped with slitting blade: can make two small bags at one time.( when the sealing width less than 300mm)

2.The max design speed: 70pcs/min( note: it is the machine’s highest speed, the production speed will depend on the bag size, the thickness of material and the time of be sealed).

5.The max reel width:700mm.
6.The max reel diameter: Kraft paper 700mm, PE bubble 1200mm
