Aluminum foil printing machine
Performance and Features:
1. The main motor adopts inverters.
2. Unwinder and rewinder are controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch(Japanese Mitsbish auto tension controller).
3. Unwinder system is controlled by auto-rectify sensor.
4. The machine adopts high quality ceramic anilox roller which is with long life and wear resisting and corrosion resistance.
5. The prining unit can register in 360 degrees.Each printing unit can independently gear and loosen,so other printing units can continue do printing.
6. The printing units are all equipped with a group of infrared dryers respectively .
7. Each IR dryer device of printing unit can interchange of UV dryer device.
8.The unwinder and rewinder all are with air shafts..
9. The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed in order to keep the ink from being dry and solid.
10. The roll feeding, printing, polising, auto infrared drying, lainating and rolling can be processed in one processing. It is characterized by wide application, non-population of printing ink and fast drying, quick printing. So it is an ideal printing machine for the commercial bill to print high-Gradded free adhesive trademark.
