1,Quality assurance and warranty period:

1] The machine shall be strictly checked and approved according to the drawing and the agreement of the technical agreement between the buyer and the seller. The warranty period shall be one year from the date of commissioning and acceptance of the goods to the buyer's customer destination. If the machine is damaged or damaged during the warranty period due to the quality of the seller's manufacture, the seller should promptly handle the relevant parts need to be replaced by the seller responsible for delivery to the buyer, all the accessories and delivery costs borne by the seller.

2] The engineer can go to the buyer's customer's factory to install and debug. The buyer needs to pay visa, air ticket, boarding and lodging and 100 USD / day's salary (the wage time is calculated according to the domestic departure date, and the ending date). The engineer will provide the debugging and training service, Until the buyer understands, can operate.

2.Quality / Quantity Objection:

 For quality/quantity objections, the requesting party must claim the product within 30 days of its destination. The supplier shall not be responsible for the quality objections caused by maritime transport, and shall be held responsible by the insurance company, shipping company or transport organization.

3.Others:

Some of the free parts (see the appendix of the parts list) are shipped with the equipment at the factory.

A guide book is included to assist with the installation and machine adjustment process and help solve any problems that may be encountered.

1. The machine is adjusted one week prior to delivery to make sure our Lifeng machine is in perfect condition.

2. Technicians are available to guide the installation and adjust the machine at the buyer’s factory. This service would be at the buyers expense and include the technician’s salary, transportation, accommodations, consultation, etc. as well as $100 USD per diem for the technician.

3. Free training is available and ongoing for the buyer until he fully understands the operation of our Lifeng paper machine .the buyer would be responsible for airfare and accommodations expenses.

Warranty:

1.Lifeng paper cup machine (single PE coated paper) offers a one year warranty from the shipment date.

2.The Lifeng warranty is not applicable to parts requiring normal replacement.

3.Lifeng is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligent maintenance, intentional injury or other damages.
