Product Description
This instrument provides a method to evaluate the leveling performance of newly applied coatings before curing, so as to reduce or eliminate the streaks on the coating surface caused by brushing or other coatings.It is a U-shaped film applicator with a shallow gap on one side. There are five pairs of equally spaced narrow V-shaped grooves in the gap. Their groove depths are 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1000 μ m, respectively. The length of both ends of the leveling instrument is 125mm, and the dragging film of 100 mm can be applied at one time.
