A: Yes, we can accept OEM/ODM. We have a very professional technical team to provide you the most suitable solution for the dehumidifiers and humidifiers. Also, we have our own designers to help you on the logo and color.

Q: Can I buy one sample for testing ?

A: Yes, sample will be available on request. For most of the models, we have them in stock. We can supply you with the sample within 2 days after payment & freight received.

Q: How long is the Warranty?

A: One year. One year later, we will provide you with the spare parts if any problem.

Q: What is the Trade Terms?

A: EXW, CIF, CNF, CFR, DDU, FOB etc.

Q: How to make the payment?

A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C
