3. the original car compressor has been damaged, that is the original car air conditioning system has been a problem, and cause air conditioning compressor failure reasons are as follows:
(1) poor heat dissipation, too much fluoride, resulting in high pressure is too high to the compressor load, resulting in pressure plate and connecting rod parts damage or charred lock;
(2) the use of vehicles for too long, the compressor aging organic carbon, resulting in pipeline congestion, or drying bottle failure, can not filter the water, causing ice blocking;
(3) pipe assembly is not installed fixed for a long time swing, resulting in loose air leakage.

Before replacing the compressor, be sure to perform the following steps:

(1): the system within the pipeline separation cleaning, cleaning agent poured into the pipeline condenser, evaporator soak for about 20 minutes. (4): Before installing the compressor, check and correct the oil and viscosity of the oil. Vacuum, filling, check the high and low pressure, the general normal pressure is 180-200Psi low pressure of 30-40Psi If the pressure is not normal, please diagnose the reasons after the installation.
(5): Check and correct the oil and viscosity of the oil and install it again.
