Auto Tilting Dough Mixer
This bakery bread mixer machine is a compact self-tilting dough mixer, coupled with a dependable and safe hydraulic elevator-tipper. This innovative system provides the time saving facility to vertically raise and rotate the whole mixer to tip the dough directly onto a suitable bench or worksurface. 

Features:
1. Cast iron structure (base, column and head).
2. Stainless steel dividing blade, spiral arm, bowl.
3. Independent motors for bowl and spiral, and two speeds.
4. Self-tipping spiral mixer and the lifting system operated by hydraulic cylinder.
5. Bowl rotation inversion in first speed.
6. Heavy duty construction.
7. Motor overload protection.
