Product Advantages
The NBL-4800C flat mask outer ear loop welding machine is an automated device that integrates a flat mask blank (mask specifications: 175 ± 5mm * 95 ± 5mm) and ear loop by ultrasonic welding. The masked produced are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect, fit the face shape of people, and can be used in medical, electronics, construction and other industries.
The device with a high degree of automation consists of three parts: automatic feeding of ear loop, cutting of ear loop, and welding of ultrasonic ear loop. It can automatically cut off the feeding of ear loop and weld the ear loop.
1. Stable machine performance, continuous adjustable production speed, high production efficiency, up to 60 pieces per minute, with automatic counting function, convenient and accurate counting, high degree of automation, and effectively reduce labor costs.
2.Using a first class well-known brand ultrasonic transducer, 20K international frequency standard, the output is more powerful and stable; coupled with two sets of ultrasonic systems, it effectively guarantees the welding quality of the ear loop.
3. The PLC is used to automatically control the whole machine to reduce the operation difficulty of the user.
