Introduction:

This rain spray test apparatus is mainly for the testing of electrical products, lighting,electric box,quomobile,motorcycle and other products in simulating rain enviroment to check the performance of the product during its storage,transporation and usage.

The structural principle:
The basic principles of the design of the device: a water tank located at the bottom right side of the control box by internal stainless steel pumps and pumping pressurized and then sent to the upper nozzle, spray nozzle perpendicular to the turntable on top of the sample, and then scattered the inside of the tank, thereby forming a water circulation system. Pump outlet design flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves and other control components. Waterproof inner tank mounting speed dial on the control panel.
