We use software to automate traditional manufacturing and create a one-stop service platform of automatic quotation system for 3D, CNC, molds and injection molding, reconstructing the entire process from ordering by users, manufacturing, post-processing, quality inspection and delivery.Compared with the traditional processing center, the "Internet + manufacturing" can save more than 40%, increase the daily order processing volume to 5,000 orders, and significantly improve the utilization rate of equipment, with the delivery on time rate reaching over 90%.

The company has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and AAA enterprise credit certification, and owned and be applying 9 invention patents, six practical patents and 12 software Copyrights related to "Internet + manufacturing".

Quanlity control process:

At WeNext we have numerous measures in place to ensure our products meet and exceed our client's requirements and expectations. We provide a 3 stage quality inspection check:

1.First after the part has been machined it is checked against the drawing specifications,
2.Second before and after the finishing department has painted and polished the part it is inspected,

3.Finally the manager will personally check the products before they are packaged and sent for shipping.

We are also happy to work according to the level of QC our customers require, this could be: single, multiple or pre-shipping inspections, raw material testing/inspection or start to finish quality control. Constant updates will be relayed to the customers via their dedicated customer service representative.

What's the 3D printting

3D printing is a process of making a three-dimensional solid object of virtually any shape from a digital model. 3D printing is achieved using an additive process, where successive layers of material are laid down in different shapes.3D printing is also considered distinct from traditional machining techniques, which mostly rely on the removal of material by methods such as cutting or drilling (subtractive processes).
