Lab Incubator 303-1 Laboratory Mini Incubator

Lab incubator 303-1  laboratory mini incubator is necessary equipment which used in medical and health, medicine, agriculture and scientific research for sample culture.

Use method 

(A)Operation key  

1. pointer display: display test temperature;

2. setting dial: rotate setting dial to adjust the required temperature;

3. green light :when power on，green light is on  ;

4. red light: when test temperature reaches setting value, red light is on 

(B)Use instruction 

1.Before power on, make sure the switch is in the "off" position, check whether it is broken circuit or leakage 

2. When running for the first time , it is better not to put any samples into chamber because it will be smoking slightly. close the door, unscrew exhaust cap, turn on the power switch, make sure the heat switch in the “slow” position, set the temperature at 100℃ and the inside temperature begin rising ,when reach 100℃, then can cut off power supply and open the door for heat dissipation 

3.If use formally , first put the samples on the shelves and close the door. unscrew the exhaust cap.  connect power . turn on the heating switch (fast or slow for choice) and fan switch. set needed temperature, the inside temperature start rising , when reach constant temperature , adjust the heating switch in the “slow” position, to make sure the accuracy of temperature in the inside chamber .

(C)Use way of instrument 

1.Rotate the setting dial slowly, make the cursor in the "0" position, adjust the needed temperature. the green light is on when power is connected, the pointer displays test temperature in time as inside temperature rising, when reaches setting value, red light is on, cut off power, temperature goes down gradually ; when falls down to setting value, green light is on, the inside temperature rises.

2.The power should match with needed temperature, when reaches constant temperature, if the green light is on for over long time, it means that heating power is not large enough; but if red light is on for over long time, it means heating power too large.

3.When running at first, even if heating wire is disconnected, but the inside temperature keeps rising because of thermal lag , yet it is better to set temperature at the 80% of needed value before power on, after several times power on and power off, then set the needed value to avoid temperature soaring 

4. (equip with alertor according to user’ requirement) if equipped with alertor, when the temperature exceeds setting value which is about 5-10% of full scale, The low-side of relay of alertor is connected; when goes down to 1%, the high-side of relay of alertor is connected. User can connect relay of alertor with cooling spray device according to requirement 

5.If setting dial is loose, please do anticlockwise rotation until tight. 

6.If the cursor bounces to full scale after power on, check whether there is problem with temperature-sensing part
