Copper tailings re-election iron treatment

Copper tailings are stired with water to form a slurry, Iron slurry and the tailings sewage are separated by magnetic separator. The iron slurry is filtered out of iron powder through rotary disk filter, while tailings sewage is efficiently separated to the waste and clean water by ceramic filter.
The advantages of ceramic filters are as follows:
First, the power consumption is low, the power is only 12-20KW per hour, and the energy consumption is low.
Second, the filtered material is dry, the moisture content is about 10%, and the product has no loss, reaches 100% recovery.
Third, fully automatic control, can achieve one person to guard multiple devices or directly access the control center to achieve unattended.
Fourth, the liquid produced by the equipment is clear as pure water, and can be used directly as a production water source, which can achieve 90% water source recovery, greatly reducing the water consumption of the factory.
